🔼 The Road Less Taken. The career path of Jajuan Dulaney, a tight ends coach for the Florida Atlantic football team, was unexpected for him.
During his four years at Maryland as an offensive lineman, Dulaney's interests lay in the world of journalism and public relations. However, soon after his playing career ended, he received coaching opportunities in the state of Texas, first as an assistant at Texas Tech, followed by two stints at Houston and one year at Texas from 2020 to 2022. After spending 2023 as the tight ends coach for Austin Peay and 2024 at UTEP in the same role, Dulaney joined Hagerty Family Head Football Coach Zach Kittley's inaugural staff for the '25 season.
Get to know more about Dulaney as he sits down with Frank Forte for the Season 10, Episode 6 of Inside the Owls' Burrow.

🔼 NonCon Hoop Scoop. The Florida Atlantic men's basketball team has announced its non-conference schedule for the upcoming 2025-26 season.
Before the Owls’ third year of American Conference play begins in January of 2026, they will take part in 13 regular-season contests, starting with a previously announced matchup against Boston College on Monday, Nov. 3, at the Elly—the first of six home games.
Also highlighted on the schedule are the third edition of the Field of 68 Tip-Off featuring Liberty and Charleston, as well as the previously announced eight-team Sunshine Slam on Nov. 24 and 25.

🔼 Paradise Found. The Florida Atlantic Owls conclude nonconference play this weekend, hosting the Owls Paradise Classic on Friday, Sept. 19, and Saturday, Sept. 20 at Eleanor R. Baldwin Arena.
The Owls open up the weekend this evening, facing off against George Washington at noon and Stetson at 7 p.m., before closing out play on Saturday, hosting Bethune-Cookman in their Owls Paradise Classic finale at 1 p.m.

🔼 Enter Life Aquatic. The Florida Atlantic men's and women's swimming and diving teams are set to open the 2025-26 season at home in a dual meet versus Indian River on Friday, Sept. 19, beginning at 2:15 p.m. Live results can be found on MeetMobile.
