Paradise Brew 8/7: Standing on Business

FAU Football is hard at work as the preseason prep nearly comes to a close

Good Morning, Owl Nation. Florida Atlantic football returned to the Tom Oxley Center practice fields after a day off to begin their final week of preseason prep and this week's Fan Fest.

While this team knows how to enjoy themselves, senior Andre Lamas says that once practice begins, it’s all business.

"We know that we can be funny, and we can laugh and have a good joke when we are not at practice or in the play, but once we are going and on the field, everybody is as serious as they can be,” Lamas said. “You have to lock in. You have to do your stuff, and then we are going to come off and celebrate all the good stuff we just did."

Go here for the rundown on their first practice in pads.
