🔼 Headed to the Hall of Fame. Devin Singletary has been inducted into the Conference USA Hall of Fame's Class of 2026, becoming the first Florida Atlantic student-athlete to receive the honor. In just three seasons with the Owls (2016-18), Singletary set virtually every rushing record in program history, highlighted by a 2017 campaign that produced 33 touchdowns and the program's first AP All-American selection. His 66 career rushing touchdowns rank seventh all-time in college football history and are the most by any running back who played only three seasons.

🔼 Making History. Former Florida Atlantic guard Alijah Martin signed a two-year, $4.8 million contract with the Toronto Raptors, becoming the first Owl in program history to land a standard NBA deal. Martin was also the first FAU player ever drafted, and earned All-NBA G League Third Team and All-Rookie honors in his first professional season. During his four years in Paradise, he scored 1,476 career points, led the Owls to the 2023 Final Four, and was named to the NCAA All-Tournament team. He's joined in professional basketball by former teammates Vladislav Goldin (Heat), Nick Boyd (Warriors), Johnell Davis (Magic), and Tre Carroll (Wizards).

🔼 Preseason Hardware. Florida Atlantic enters 2026 as the only program in the nation returning its complete coaching staff alongside its starting quarterback, and the preseason accolades reflect it. Easton Messer, last season's nation's top receiver at 8.67 receptions per game, and Leon Hart Jr. earned first-team honors from both Phil Steele and Athlon Sports, joined on Athlon's first team by CJ Doggette Jr. and Vincent Fiacable. QB Caden Veltkamp, who ranked No. 3 nationally in passing yards per game in 2025, returns behind an offense that brings back 83% of its total yards and 65% of its production.

🔼 The Newcomers. Florida Atlantic women's basketball coach LeAnn Freeland kicks off her newcomer series with a breakdown of guard Janiah Suprius. Tune in to hear what No. 3 brings to the Owls for 2026-27.

🔼 First Look. Meet Fawaz Ifaola, No. 25 on FAU men’s basketball! Ifaola, a native of Lagos, Nigeria, transferred to FAU after his freshman season at Colorado, where he appeared in 20 games and set a career-high six points in a Big 12 conference battle against TCU.
