🔼 Workin’ For The Weekend. This afternoon in Clearwater, the FAU baseball squad will be looking to earn their spot in the weekend at the 2025 AAC Tournament.

After dropping a tough opener to Tulane on Tuesday, the Owls bounced back to eliminate Rice on Wednesday afternoon to set up today’s showdown with top-seeded UTSA. First pitch is set for 1 pm.

In the win over Rice, John Schroeder led the offensive attack, hitting two of the Owls’ four HRs on the day.

🔼 Inside The Burrow, One More Time. For the last time this season, we’re going Inside the Owls' Burrow with FAU Athletics.

This week's show, produced and hosted by FAU's Frank Forte, will feature the story of softball's Kiley Shelton, whose two siblings also play Division I softball and baseball, which is no surprise after their parents played those sports at Charlotte. Forte will also take a look at the best moments and plays from the 2025 baseball season.

Plus, a sitdown with Head Men's Basketball Coach John Jakus on the off season roster restructuring while also taking a look ahead to football in 2025 with Defensive Coordinator Brett Dewhurst mic'd up at one of the spring practices. Finally, beach volleyball Assistant Coach Kristi Tekavec is featured in "Life's a Beach" which is hosted by senior Sydney Schroder.

🔼 Family Reunion. Who doesn’t love a little family outing on the links?

This week, Owls supporters and alumni gathered at the Captain’s Cup Classic, hosted by the Royal Yacht & Country Club.

With his two HRs on Wednesday against Rice, John Schroeder moved into ninth-place in program history with 34 career HRs.
