FAU baseball wrapped up the regular season over the weekend and now turns its sights to the American Conference Championship, where the Owls are set to clash with Wichita State in a play-in game on Wednesday at 1 p.m. ET in Clearwater. The game will air on ESPN+.

🔼 Shining Star. Former FAU midfielder Alonso Coello is on the MLS All-Star Game ballot, and Owl fans have until May 21 at midnight to help send him to Charlotte. Now in his fourth season with Toronto FC, Coello has appeared in 12 matches this year as a holding midfielder after a standout four-year career. Voting is unlimited, and you cast your ballot here. The MLS All-Stars face Liga MX All-Stars on July 29.

🔼 Run For It. Florida Atlantic wrapped up the American Conference Outdoor Championships in Denton with junior Jessica Hatch delivering the weekend's highlight: a 17:08.27 in the 5,000 meters that moved her to No. 3 in program history. Teegan Anderson competed in two finals, placing fourth in the 1,500 meters at 4:29.57. Selected Owls will continue their postseason at the NCAA East First Round in Kentucky, May 28-30.
