🔼 In Sweeping Fashion. Florida Atlantic's softball team logged 12 hits and struck out 10 batters to complete the series sweep over East Carolina with an 8-2 win on Saturday afternoon.
The Owls (38-9, 17-4) rocked the Pirates (25-22, 10-11) from the opening at-bat, with the entire lineup reaching base on the way to their league-high fourth AAC sweep of the season. Junior third baseman Jesiana Mora led the way with a 3-for-5 day at the plate along with two runs and two RBI. In her 11th complete game of the season, junior pitcher Autumn Courtney achieved her 20th victory (20-2) behind 10 strikeouts to four hits allowed.

🔼 Aiming For Strokes Of Genius. The Florida Atlantic men's golf team begins play at the American Athletic Conference Championship today. The event will consist of 54 holes of stroke play across three days at the Ritz-Carlton Members Club in Sarasota, Florida. The Owls enter their second AAC Championship fresh off a team victory at the Old Corkscrew Intercollegiate two weeks ago.

🔼 It’s a Go For the Hometown Team Tour. ICYMI! Florida Atlantic Athletics has announced the dates for its yearly Hometown Team Tour. The three events set in Deerfield Beach, Delray Beach and North Palm Beach will feature Q&As with Owl head coaches, giveaways, prizes, merchandise and much more.
The first stop this Wednesday, April 23, is at Cove Brewery, located at 1500 SE 3rd Court, #100 in Deerfield Beach. Guests will be welcomed by Florida Atlantic heads coaches and staff.

🔼 Start the Bidding. The No. 27 FAU women's tennis team played from behind all afternoon and narrowly missed pulling off a come-from-behind victory in the AAC Championship semifinal round, falling to No. 52 Tulsa by a 4-3 score on Saturday evening. The Owls, who entered the AAC tournament as the No. 1 seed, uncharacteristically dropped the doubles point.
The Owls' historical season, one which saw FAU end the regular season as the only undefeated in the nation and as the only team in FAU history to conclude the regular season play undefeated, has not come to a close. The team awaits the opportunity for an at-large bid the 2025 NCAA Team Championship, awarded on Monday, April 28.

🔼 Start the Bidding, Part Two. The No. 57 Florida Atlantic men's tennis team, a No.3 seed, fell in the AAC semifinal round to tournament host and the No. 2 seed No. 50 Memphis by a 4-2 score on Saturday morning.
The Owls will await the possibility of postseason play, which will be announced on Monday, April 28.
