🔼 Clean Sweep. FAU softball cleaned up the American Conference weekly honors after sweeping UTSA and beating FIU, outscoring opponents 32-4 on the week. Junior outfielder Ciara Gibson earned her first career Player of the Week after going 7-for-11 with two homers, five RBI, and six runs, including the first multi-homer game of her career in Friday's 5-0 shutout of UTSA.

Senior Autumn Courtney took Pitcher of the Week for the second time this season, picking up three wins with two shutouts while holding opponents to a .109 batting average and striking out 15. The reigning American Conference Pitcher of the Year now leads the league with 13 wins and 81 strikeouts on a 2.14 ERA.

FAU rides a five-game winning streak into a road series at North Texas (April 2-4, ESPN+).

🔼 Dollar Dogs. Are you ready for Dollar Dog & $2 Beer Night? FAU baseball is hosting its Dollar Dog celebration tomorrow at 6:30 p.m. vs. UAB, while FAU softball will get in on the action on Wednesday, April 15 at 6 p.m. against FIU. Full details here. We’ll see you there!

🔼 Player of the Week. Sophomore Marek Pazdera went a perfect 5-0 across singles and doubles last week to lead FAU men’s tennis to a 2-1 record and earn American Conference Player of the Week honors. The Czech Republic native was dominant on court two in singles, posting straight-set wins over No. 63 Memphis, Delaware, and No. 71 Liberty. He also teamed with Mark Havlicek for doubles victories against both ranked opponents. FAU closes out the home slate onSunday, April 5 at 11 a.m. vs. Charlotte.
