The Florida Atlantic MBB team has advanced to postseason tournament play for the fourth consecutive season with a berth in the 2025 NIT.

Good morning, Owls Family. The Florida Atlantic MBB team has advanced to postseason tournament play for the fourth consecutive season with a berth in the 2025 National Invitation Tournament (NIT). The Owls host Dayton on Wednesday at 7 p.m. ET at Eleanor R. Baldwin Arena in a first-round game in the Dayton Regional on ESPN2.

🔼 They Channeled Their Destiny. The No. 24 Florida Atlantic softball team pulled off another improbable comeback on Sunday afternoon with a 5-3 victory to sweep UAB.
 
After trailing 3-2 in the top of the seventh inning and down to their last strike, the Owls (27-4, 6-0) got on base and capitalized on it with back-to-back hits from sophomore shortstop Kiley Channell and freshman second baseman Destiny Johns to score three runs.
 
Senior pitcher Ainsley Lambert allowed just one hit to the Blazers (11-16, 1-5) for her second straight victory.

🔼 Swinging For the Fences. The Florida Atlantic baseball team won its seventh straight game and completed a three-game sweep of Bradley on Sunday afternoon at the FAU Baseball Stadium. The Owls (17-3) racked up 18 hits for the second straight day en route to a 15-7 series finale victory over the Braves (2-13).

🔼 U-N-D-E-F-E-A-T-E-D. The No. 29 Florida Atlantic women's tennis team picked up a 4-0 win over South Florida on Sunday morning.
 
The win was the third of the week and included two versus American Athletic Conference members. FAU's record now stands at 9-0, which is two away from the program's best 11-0 start in 2024.

🔼 Four Score and Many Dubs Ago... The Florida Atlantic men's tennis team picked up its fourth consecutive win and the second in as many days with a 5-2 victory over the visiting Virginia Commonwealth on Saturday.
 
The Owls took control of the match by winning the doubles points with victories on courts one and three. FAU's Mark Havlicek pushed the score to 2-0 with a straight set 6-2, 6-2 win on court two. Friday's hero freshman Segundo Goity Zapico pulled the Owls within one of a clinch before sophomore Simon Myslivec secured the victory.

🔼 Swimming in Good News. The Florida Atlantic men's and women's swimming & diving teams finished the 2025 National Invitational Championships on Saturday.
 
The three-day meet inside the FAST Facility concluded the Owls 2024-25 campaign. The season ends with school records, freshman records, many medals and too many best times to count.

After winning Player of the Game the previous day, freshman center Matas Vokietaitis tied his career-high in points. How many did Vokietaitis notch on Friday?
