🔼 Game Day. It’s baseball night in Boca Raton! FAU baseball hosts undefeated Miami (9-0) tonight at 6:35 p.m. in the first of three meetings between the South Florida foes this season. The Hurricanes are rolling after outscoring Lehigh by a combined 73-12 last weekend, led by freshman Dylan Dubovik, who went 9-for-11 to earn ACC Player of the Week. FAU bounced back on Sunday with a series-finale win over Iowa, sparked by Kyle Boylston's go-ahead solo homer in the fourth and five relievers combining to shut the door.

Brando Leroux has been swinging a hot bat with back-to-back multi-hit games, and Kide Adetuyi gets the start on the mound after holding Missouri to three hits over 5.1 innings last week. All three FAU-Miami matchups last season were decided by one run. Up next after Wednesday: a three-game home series vs. Villanova starting on Friday.

🔼 Honors Grow. Josiah Parker keeps collecting hardware! The freshman guard was named American Conference Freshman of the Week for a league-leading sixth time this season, double the total of any other freshman in the conference. Parker combined for 34 points and 22 rebounds across FAU's two-game Texas road trip, including his fourth straight double-double (16 points, 13 rebounds) at UTSA and an 18-point, nine-rebound outing at North Texas. He's scored in double figures in eight straight games and is averaging 16.5 points and 9.8 rebounds through February while making his first three career starts. The Owls host Temple on Thursday for Vice Night (7 p.m., ESPN2).

🔼 Twice As Nice. Lily Holtje is making her mark. The FAU softball sophomore catcher/first baseman earned American Conference weekly honorable mention after a huge week that helped fuel FAU's six-game win streak. Holtje reached base in all seven games, leading the team with seven hits, including three doubles and a homer, while driving in five and drawing seven walks for a scorching .609 on-base percentage. It's her second conference recognition of the season. Up next: FAU visits UCF on Wednesday (5 p.m., ESPN+) before heading to Coastal Carolina for the Beach Chicken Brawl (Feb. 27-March 1).

🔼 Countdown To Kickoff. Time to lock in your seats! FAU has unveiled its 2026 football season ticket benefits, headlined by an exclusive mini statue of Hall of Fame coach Howard Schnellenberger, a replica of the iconic statue at the stadium gates. The collectible is available to the first 1,000 accounts that renew or purchase new. Season tickets start at just $75 and include six home games at Flagler Credit Union Stadium featuring South Florida, FIU, Navy, UTSA, Rice, and Texas Southern.

🔼 Player Of The Week. FAU men’s tennis’ Mark Havlicek earned American Conference Player of the Week honors after powering FAU's 4-1 win over FGCU. He and doubles partner Marek Pazdera (ranked No. 82 nationally) clinched the doubles point. Both then won in singles to account for three of the Owls' four points. Havlicek (5-1 in duals) heads into a four-match road swing starting Thursday at UCF.

During the Florida Atlantic vs. South Florida game, we recognized Boca Raton Fire Rescue firefighters Nikki Esposito and Brianna Friedrich as part of the First Responder Salute. From serving with Boca Fire to mentoring youth and leading in the Honor Guard, their impact reaches far beyond the court. Thank you to ADT for supporting our student-athletes, our community, and the heroes who help keep us safe.
