🔼 Dominating Awards. FAU men’s soccer was well-represented by the American Conference awards this week! In addition to Mamadou Diarra earning Men’s Soccer Offensive Player of the Year, the Owls’ coaching staff earned Staff of the Year. Fabrizio Cubeddu also landed on the All-Conference First Team with Diarra, while Aboubacar Traore and Oliver Moller-Jensen earned spots on the Second Team, and Elias Asikainen was named to the All-Freshman team.

🔼 Tussle with Tulsa. FAU is set to clash with Tulsa to celebrate homecoming this Saturday, Nov. 8, at Flagler Credit Union Stadium. The Owls are set to wear helmets decaled with the original team logo; fans can buy a mini helmet version through the University bookstore or online. 🔼 February Ball. FAU softball announced opponents and game times for the 2026 Shriners Children’s Clearwater Invitational, hosted by ESPN Events. The Owls will play five games from Feb. 13-15, facing Texas Tech, Florida State, Tennessee, Missouri, and James Madison.

🔼 Inside The Owls’ Burrow. Episode 13 of Inside the Owls’ Burrow is live! This week’s episode features Frank Forte with Hagerty Family Head Coach Zach Kittley, a breakdown of redshirt junior WR Jayshon Platt’s performance so far, redshirt junior S Jayden Sweeney went “Pads Off,” and Cornerbacks Coach Antonio Fenelus talked about coming home to Boca Raton.

🔼 Owls In The NFL. Let’s take a look at how our former Owls fared during Week 9 in the NFL. Houston’s Azeez Al-Shaair played every defensive snap for the Texans and led the team with nine tackles, while Harrison Bryant recorded his second catch of the season. Al-Shaair and Bryant will take on the Jaguars on Sunday afternoon.

Pittsburgh’s James Pierre recorded a pass breakup in Pittsburgh’s win over the Colts, with the Steelers now set to take on the Chargers on Sunday Night Football. Devin Singletary logged his best performance of the season with eight carries for 43 yards in New York’s loss to the 49ers. The Giants take on the Bears on Sunday afternoon.
