🔼 Not to Be Outdone By MBB. Florida Atlantic women's basketball opened up its 2024-25 home season on Saturday, earning a double-figure win, 58-48, against the Mercer Bears inside Eleanor R. Baldwin Arena. The win snapped a five-game skid for the Owls against the Mercer Bears.

🔼 From A to Z. From RB Zuberi Mobley 👇🏼

“Just like that, a knee injury during the third game of last year’s season took me out for the rest of the fall. It was a setback I never anticipated. Football has always been something my dad and I bonded over as he introduced me to the sport. He taught me never to give up and always have consistency. I thought of this as I pushed through therapy and recovery from my knee injury to prepare for this season.

“My teammates continue to motivate me and support me like family. I am eager to be back on the field with these guys and to see what this year holds.”

🔼 We Meet Again. The Florida Atlantic men's and women's diving teams wrapped up competition at the South Florida Diving Invitational. The two-day meet concluded with two event victories for the Owls and multiple top-three finishes.

Lola Dragosavac led the Owls in the women's 1m diving with a score of 247.95, good for third place. Sophomore Trevor Kuhn took the victory in the men's 1m diving, totaling a score of 314.63.

🔼 Headin’ Home. The Florida Atlantic Owls closed out their regular season road slate on Sunday, falling in three sets, 3-0 (19-25, 21-25, 19-25) on the road against the UTSA Roadrunners inside the Convocation Center. The Owls fall to 15-11 overall and 7-7 in AAC play.

The Owls will wrap up regular season play this weekend, hosting the UAB Blazers on Nov. 15 and the Tulane Green Wave on Nov. 17 for senior weekend.

🔼 On to Philly. Florida Atlantic's football team fell to ECU on Thursday evening by a score of 49-14.

FAU travels to Philadelphia to take on Temple on Saturday, Nov. 16, at the Lincoln Financial Field. The game will kick off at 2 p.m. and air on ESPN+.
