Paradise Brew 10/30: You're Gonna Win or Learn
John Jakus talked to the media on Monday about Friday's exhibition match against Auburn
Good morning, Owls Family. Florida Atlantic men's basketball Head Coach John Jakus met with the media on Monday to discuss the upcoming charity exhibition against Auburn on Friday, Nov. 1. It’s a chance for the Owls to participate in a great cause. It also marks the last exhibition before the start of the regular season on Monday, Nov. 4, against Indiana State.
🗣“They have eight seniors, so there’s no tricking them. You’re going to have to outplay them. It’s fine if they’re favored. We’ve gotta go through those things. You’re either going to win, or you’re going to learn. Where others might avoid something like this, we’re going to face it head-on.” - John Jakus, head men’s basketball coach
