📈 STOCK UP

Stock Up is brought to you by Go Solar Power, providing a full suite of solar panels, EV chargers, air conditioning, hot water systems, and more designed specifically for quality and savings.

🔼 Close One. FAU football fell 17-10 to Ohio in a close matchup and the team’s first loss of the season.

The tone for the first half was set on the opening play from scrimmage when Jackson Ambush intercepted a pass, the first of three forced turnovers. The rest of the half was a defensive battle as Roc Bellantoni's unit continued to make plays. Dwight Toombs made a key tackle on fourth down to force a turnover on downs. Soon after, cornerback Darius McClendon forced and recovered a fumble. In the second quarter it was Jarron Morris hauling in an interception and taking it 72 yards to the house for the game's first touchdown and giving the Owls a 10-7 advantage at halftime.

Ohio took the lead on a five-yard touchdown run with 5:38 to go in the third quarter. While the Bobcats were only able to get one field goal the rest of the way, the Owls could not find the end zone. The final drive of the night began with dynamic playmaking receiver LaJohntay Wester delivering a 29-yard punt return to Ohio's 42—but the Owls were able to get the ball it to the 26-yard line before the final pass fell incomplete with zeroes on the clock.

🔼 Drawing Blanks. It was three up and three down for FAU volleyball as they shut out their trio of opponents at the Owls Paradise Classic—winning 3-0 over University of the Incarnate Word, Youngstown State, and Bethune-Cookman.

📅 Up next? FAU will close out non-conference play next weekend as the Owls head to Fort Myers for the FGCU Classic with matches against Le Moyne, FGCU, and Maryland.

🔼 Looking Forward. FAU women's soccer fell by a 2-0 final against Tennessee yesterday in a match was called after 76 minutes due to persistent lightning in the area.

Space was hard to come by for the Owls against a stout Lady Vols defense. The Owls managed just one corner kick and one shot attempt for the duration of the match. Tennessee scored off a corner in the 22nd minute and added a second goal seven minutes later.

Blythe Braun made five saves in the first half before giving way to Lexi Gonzalez after the intermission who finished with three saves.

📅 Up next? The Owls head to East Carolina for their first match as a member of the American Athletic Conference on Thursday. Kickoff is scheduled for 7:00pm ET.

🔼 Save The Date. Want to relive the greatest season in FAU basketball history? Head coach Dusty May and several players will take the Studio stage and walk you through their historic Cinderella run to last season’s Final Four—as well as preview what is coming up next season for the Boca Beach Boys.

The best part? After you select seats for the event, you can add meet & greet and photo packages as an add-on for an even more memorable evening!
