Juan Martin Jalif 👉🏼 AAC Player of the Week + men's tennis snags No. 35 ranking
Good morning. Juan Martin Jalif and Florida Atlantic men's tennis team received two pieces of good news on Tuesday.
The Owls climbed six spots in the latest ITA poll, moving up to No.35 nationally. An instrumental reason for that climb is the play of Jalif, who was named the American Atlantic Conference Player of the Week.
The graduate transfer holds an 8-1 singles record and a 7-2 doubles record in dual match play. Jalif was 2-0 last week.
The Owls will next play host to North Florida on Friday, March 1 at 11am ET at the Kimberly V. Strauss Tennis Center.
