🔼 Heads Up. FAU men's soccer earned its first conference win of the season on Friday night—a 1-0 triumph over Memphis thanks in large part to a defense that held the opposition without a shot on goal.

In a showdown of two sides committed to defending, the breakthrough finally came in the 86th minute off an all-world cross from Leo Keller to Noah Kvifte who found inside position in the six-yard box and headed it home for the game-winner.

🔼 Split Decision. After dropping a hard-fought and tightly contested three-setter earlier in the weekend, FAU volleyball bounced back in a big way to earn an impressive four-set victory over the previously AAC East-leading ECU Pirates.

Arianna Beckham led all scorers with a career-best 22 kill performance and hitting for an impressive .613—and Valeria Rosado also had a stellar performance, posting a season-best 21 kills and leading the Owls back row with a season-best 17 digs for her second double-double of the year. Victoria Hensley powered the Owls' offense with a season-best 44 assists and Kaila Ru tallied a team-best two blocks in the win.

FAU men's and women's cross country teams took part in an early Friday morning meet at the FSU XC Invite, with the men's team wrapping up their regular season in a crowded 8K run with 342 participants and the women's team seeing their third top finisher in as many races in the 5K.
