With six games remaining in the regular season, the FAU Owls enter the weekend one game ahead of the Rice Owls in the American Conference standings. They’re also coming off back-to-back wins after a 9-6 triumph over Florida Gulf Coast on Tuesday.

At 9-12, Rice is a game behind Florida Atlantic in the conference standings. Florida Atlantic leads the all-time series against Rice 16-14-1.

🔼 The Grand Finale. The Florida Atlantic women's track & field team will travel to San Antonio for their first Outdoor Championship as members of the American Athletic Conference. The Owls will look to close their season on a high note following several successful meets and new entries into the program's record books.

FAU’s last outdoor championship marked the end of their time in Conference USA. They made sure to go out with a bang, with Jessica Lambert winning the gold medal in the 800m with a time of 2:06.95, sending her to the NCAA East Regional First Round.

🔼 Live to See Another Play. Florida Atlantic women's golf will compete in postseason play as a team for the first time in program history. The National Golf Invitational (NGI) begins today in Arizona. The second edition of the NGI includes 10 teams and 50 individuals who did not qualify for an NCAA Regional. It will be a three-day, 54-hole stroke play event.

The Owls will keep the same starting five that competed in the AAC Championship three weeks ago. Freshman Charlotte Perkins led the Owls at Southern Hills, finishing 14th in the 55-player field. The NGI will be the final event in the careers of seniors Amanda Linner, Clemence Cadeac, and Olivia Bergner.
