FAU football is headed to Champaign this weekend with a roster filled with playmakers who are ranked among the nation’s top-12 when it comes to four categories—Darius McClendon and Jayshon Platt are No. 12 in fumbles forced, Jarron Morris is No. 8 in passes defended, and LaJohntay Wester checks in at No. 2 in receptions-per-game with 10.

🔼 Going 100. FAU women’s soccer recorded its first-ever win in American Athletic Conference play after a two-and-a-half-hour weather delay and head coach Patrick Baker claimed his 100th win with the Owls when they secured a 2-0 shutout over Temple last night.

Morgan McDonald scored the first goal in the 21st minute assisted by Malaya Melancon to take the lead. With approximately 12 minutes remaining in the second half, Molly Setsma scored her first goal of the season assisted by Michelle Horan and Drew Dempsey to extend the lead two nil.
